88 properties need to take out a well operation permit or permit to abandon the well.

53  properties  turned in a permit application, but still need to turn in their well affidavit and/or safe water test results.

There are also 37 properties that the building inspector needs to have homes schedule a final inspection and 9 are in process.

Updated paving schedule - final binder course, driveway aprons, and surface course

Posted on August 29, 2016 at 1:33 PM by Andy Pederson

Due to weekend rain, crews did not asphalt on Saturday.  Crews resumed normal paving operations today and anticipate having the initial course of asphalt (binder course) complete by the end of the day, Tuesday.  Crews will then start on driveway apron work on Wednesday.  This includes approximately 125 driveway aprons and should take 1 or 2 days.  Again, residents should be able to access their driveways during this time with only minor inconvenience (3 to 5 minutes).  Once driveway aprons are complete, crews will begin placing the final course of asphalt (surface course).  The surface course will start the end the this week and be completed either late this week or early next week.

While you are able to drive in the construction zone while street paving is occurring, limiting your trips, if possible, helps expedite the process.  Your patience during the final stages of this construction project are appreciated.

Landscape restoration will begin shortly after the asphalt work is complete.

CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR HOME HERE

1.       A lateral permit (for the line running from your house to the street). This should have been pulled by your plumber or contractor who did your lateral. Please contact them to verify if your home does not have a permit number listed on our spreadsheet.

2.       Interior plumbing permit. This was for the connection inside your home and the separation of the well from the house. This should have been pulled by your plumber. Please contact them to verify if your home does not have a permit number listed on our spreadsheet.

3.       Well operation OR well abandonment permit.  A decision must be made on your well. If you keep the well for outside watering, a well operation permit is required. If you are no longer using your well, a well abandonment permit is required.
